- Active search of potential customers (the UK, German or Scandinavian markets).
- Active search of sales representatives in foreign markets, agreements reached, contracts signed.
- Development and implementation of sales strategy, responsibility for sales and reached results.
- Product range management and introduction of new products to the market and customers.
- Analysis and strategy of customer needs, submission of proposals.
- Meetings with clients, maintenance and development of long-term relationships.
- Clientele and exhibitions visits, representation of the company.
Interest in sustainability and Global warming topics.
Care about innovation and desire to contribute to the development of state-of-the-art technologies.
Ambition to continuously learn and improve, dedicate yourself to meaningful work, grow together with the company.
- Higher education degree.
- At least three years of successful work experience in the field of international sales and development of real estate.
- Experience in developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with business customers.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to present the proposed solutions to business customers both remotely and live during the visits.
- Excellent English skills in writing and speaking.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage stressful situations and solve problems.
- To be not afraid of failures and do not lose motivation due to them.
- Energetic, results-oriented mindset, ability to work in a team and independently, accept and express criticism, look for the best solutions together with the team members.
