We are looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to join our team! We're looking for someone with lots of energy, an eye for detail, customer service skills, a curiosity for learning new things. This position would be a company-wide resource for our administration department and will be covering various administrative, finance and HR tasks.
What will you do @Omnisend:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office which includes ordering office supplies, keeping inventory, greeting visitors, responding to mails, etc;
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc;
- May be assigned to various functional areas of the company with various administrative support tasks including support for the Leadership team;
- Assisting Finance manager with assigned tasks;
- Assisting HR team with assigned tasks;
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments;
- Creating and maintaining various internal documents and lists;
- Participate in organizing various company events.
We expect that you'll bring:
- This is a junior or entry position;
- Experience in a administrative position would be an advantage;
- Fluency in English both written and oral;
- A driving license would be a bonus point;
- We are looking for strong communicator, with an eye for details, good at prioritizing and time management;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
