In this role, you will gain extensive exposure to Western Union's evolving range of products and services as you test websites and mobile applications to assess how customers might interact with them. In particular, you will create and execute test cases, working alongside other teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve our customers' experience. You'll report bugs and check the implementation of fixes in an agile environment, with both internal and external teams. You will also support other stakeholders as they perform their checks in test environments too.
For this role, you will need in-depth knowledge of web and mobile technologies, including best practices and emerging trends. You will also need a strong track record in project management, with evidence of excellent prioritization skills to meet competing demands against tight deadlines. A proven team player, you will also be confident to present your work and ideas, taking in constructive feedback effectively. Preferably, you will have experience of working in a lean and agile team, managing tickets (ideally via JIRA) in a testing or developing role.

Annual salary range: 17 765,78 - 31 460,25 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
