Better requires process discipline and simplification
We’ll be looking to you to develop reports for all levels of Western Union’s Global Operations organization that help describe our business overall, help identify whether our processes are effective, and provide Western Union leadership with timely and accurate information to make excellent decisions quickly. You would be able to help other team members through the peer-review of SQL and reports and dashboards. Your role is vital to visualize data in ways that tell the information story in a clear and compelling manner.
For this role, we need you to have analytical skills and experience in developing reports and dashboards. You should also be experienced with standard SQL common databases like PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or Oracle. We also expect you to be familiar with enterprise-level data presentation and analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI. Your ability to popularize and simplify technical metrics and calculations in ways that our audience can quickly and intuitively understand will help you succeed in this role. You will need to be a proficient English speaker. Experience with analysis in R or Python will make you stand out.

Annual base salary gross: 19,987 – 37,033 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
