You will have significant experience in end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to work autonomously and use your initiative through a remote reporting structure. The ability to introduce new sourcing methods to achieve results is critical, as is a delivery-focused attitude towards defined recruiting and talent acquisition KPIs.
