Better starts and ends with the customer
As an Associate Analyst, you will analyze digital transactions to make sure that no fraudulent activity is involved. You will communicate with Western Union customers as needed to verify details regarding specific money as well as support WU.com customers with their identity verification ensuring that Compliance regulations are met. You will resolve complex problems and decide when to escalate a case or to proceed with the regular transaction/customer profile verification handling procedures. After completing our training program, you will be skilled in Risk Assessment, and be able to provide an excellent customer experience.

- English is required, written and verbal
- Fluent in German
- Strong communication skills
- Customer and result-oriented mindset
- Independent decision-making with high attention to detail skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays)

Annual base salary gross: 12 566 – 21 543 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
