  • Organize software demos for new customer onboarding
  • Own overall service relationship with assigned customer to maximize satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Continually funnel customer expectations to product management team
  • Work together with customers, sales, and engineering teams to identify and deliver continuous value to customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team for business case creation and validation
  • Implement engagement strategies with customers to deepen customer engagement and usage
  • Provide up-sale leads to sales team
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English both written & verbal are an absolute must
  • BEng/BSc graduate/student or technical work background
  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
  • Knowledge of customer service practices
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
  • Experience supervising others
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
  • Able to quickly adapt to new tasks
