- Organize software demos for new customer onboarding
- Own overall service relationship with assigned customer to maximize satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Continually funnel customer expectations to product management team
- Work together with customers, sales, and engineering teams to identify and deliver continuous value to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team for business case creation and validation
- Implement engagement strategies with customers to deepen customer engagement and usage
- Provide up-sale leads to sales team
- Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English both written & verbal are an absolute must
- BEng/BSc graduate/student or technical work background
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
- Knowledge of customer service practices
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
- Experience supervising others
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
- Able to quickly adapt to new tasks
