Job Description:

  • Oversee the lead generation (inbound and outbound) team’s processes, results and operations
  • Equip inbound and outbound team with the right lead generation processes, workflows, and analytics
  • Streamlining and optimizing the inbound and outbound processes, implementing the best case practices by adapting them to the PVcase target audience
  • Selecting, implementing, and managing outreach and inbound automation tools
  • Manage contact lists, ensure that PVcase CRM data is up to date, audit data for consistency, setup automations, and manage custom fields and data
  • Monitor and report sales analytics to steer the sales force towards the highest value opportunities and increase conversion and retention rates
  • Lead the forecasting process, maintain accurate sales pipeline and account plans
  • Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals


  • +3 years of experience in Sales Operations and Salesforce administration
  • Extension knowledge of and experience working with data verification solutions
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Tech-curious: problem-solver who seeks out creative solutions using process + technology
  • Ability to understand and contribute to strategic direction and goals of Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
  • Experience utilizing CRM tools to enforce a robust and consistent sales process and generate reports
  • A keen understanding and demonstrated experience in navigating rapidly growing organizations
  • A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
  • A self-starter who can multitask and manage his/her time effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
