Job Description:

  • Planning and overseeing new business development initiatives to expand the customer base within the German-speaking markets.
  • Delivering, managing, and improving the full sales cycle
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Generating revenue through new sales and up-sells
  • Owning overall service relationship with an assigned customer to maximize satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new partnership opportunities
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events related to solar market and solar engineering
  • Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promoting the company’s products/services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support


  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and/or business development in German solar market
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication in German and English (C2)
  • Passion in finding the best solution to customer questions/issues
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment with flawless execution
  • Analytical mind with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Strong work ethic with high energy and willingness to learn on the job
  • Sociable, curious, creative, and passionate
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an advantage
