Job Description:
- Organize software demos for new customer onboarding
- Own overall service relationship with the assigned customer to maximize satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Continually funnel customer expectations to the product management team
- Work together with customers, sales, and engineering teams to identify and deliver continuous value to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team for business case creation and validation
- Implement engagement strategies with customers to deepen customer engagement and usage
- Provide up-sale leads to the sales team
- Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication in German and English (C2)
- 5+ years experience in utility-scale solar PV power plant design and (or) development projects
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD
- B2B sales and customer support
- Passion in finding the best solution to customer questions/issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment with flawless execution
- Analytical mind with creative problem-solving abilities
- Strong work ethic with high energy and willingness to learn on the job
- Sociable, curious, creative, and passionate
