Job Description:

  • Organize software demos for new customer onboarding
  • Own overall service relationship with the assigned customer to maximize satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Continually funnel customer expectations to the product management team
  • Work together with customers, sales, and engineering teams to identify and deliver continuous value to customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team for business case creation and validation
  • Implement engagement strategies with customers to deepen customer engagement and usage
  • Provide up-sale leads to the sales team
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities


  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication in German and English (C2)
  • 5+ years experience in utility-scale solar PV power plant design and (or) development projects
  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD
  • B2B sales and customer support
  • Passion in finding the best solution to customer questions/issues
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment with flawless execution
  • Analytical mind with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Strong work ethic with high energy and willingness to learn on the job
  • Sociable, curious, creative, and passionate
