Customer Support Specialist

What you’ll do @ Omnisend:
- Be there for our customers at all times - communicate, analyze, troubleshoot, report and resolve;
- Become a product expert and constantly grow by expanding our knowledge as well as your own;
- Provide omni-channel support via email, chat, social media (no calls!);
- Work on product goals and help to reach them;
- Collaborate with different teams constantly to make a difference in product, customer and company lives.
We expect that you’ll bring:
- Strong communication skills;
- Attention to details;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Open and proactive mindset;
- Customer Support experience;
- Passion for growth.
Currently, we are looking for a colleague who would prefer to work mostly on the evening shift (16:00 p.m.- 24:00)
