Intrum Global Business Services (Intrum GBS) is a Shared Service Center of Intrum. Currently we have over 500 highly dedicated and experienced employees, who support Group functions and local country units across Europe.
Operations Center team within Intrum GBS is working on transforming and developing back office processes for all Intrum countries and will proceed with these tasks in GBS Operations Center. Join our company, share and develop your knowledge and be a member of dedicated, enthusiastic team.
What you will be doing:
- Provide internal first line operational systems support
- Resolve issues utilizing available knowledge reference documentation
- Ensure complete and timely handover of incidents to other support teams
- Identify and monitor system errors
- Identify and assess business and IT risks
- Communicate with users and other teams members
- Create service improvements
What you bring:
- Motivation to resolve system issues for customers
- Experience in customer support field or IT service desk is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and cooperation skills
- Communication, strong interpersonal skills
- Contribution to a continuous improvement culture
